Dynatech Industries were engaged to carry out a full D&C solution leading a complete design of mechanical services and building management system for an office building located in Alexandria in line with both client (Marshal investment), and fit out requirements over a 8 months period.
The 10,000sqm project was a new development above an old warehouse, involving the construction of a new four level office facility, inclusive of meeting rooms, workstation space, breakout areas and carpark.
The four- levels story offices and showroom building with a ground floor retail outlet were served by a central plant, along with car park ventilation, and a complete new building BMS system. The chilled water plant comprises of one air cooled chiller and two condensate boilers connected to dedicated storage tanks serving 16 off air handling units in floor plantrooms via pump sets. Each level divided into many tenancy zones and controlled via VAV boxes which allow future development and partitions.

This innovative refurbished and enlarged building was purposely built for the fashion industry. It boasts polished concrete floors, high ceilings and an open-plan floor plate of almost 2000sqm.
An integrated fit out incorporates office spaces across the top two levels and Arena for the OH of a Prominent Apparel company. The VRF plant was also installed on the roof to serve the fit out area via 21 supplementary cassette units, two major Arena ducted FCUs and two comms room air conditioning units. This fit out of offices are now the new home for more than 300 APG & Co staff members. The project was designed to meet 4.5 star NABERS water and energy rating and sustainable operation in commercial building.
Dynatech Industries collaborated with Tzannes Architects, Northrop Consulting Engineers and Infinity Construction to complete the 6-month project ahead of schedule.
