The centrepiece of The Miller is a 22-level tower featuring a retail plaza and pedestrian walkway link, ground floor commercial space for a café and restaurant along with a five-level podium of 100 hotel style serviced apartments. Levels 16 to 21 containing 183 apartment residential tower, served by separate visually connected lobbies. A ground cafe, gym and lobbies for the serviced and residential apartments. Five levels basement carpark and at lower ground, all of the back of house services for the site.
The scope of works involves the design and documentation, manufacture, supply, installation.
